Today is Day Four Out of Five of the Last Competition

So far, Nancy and I are putting together a solid competition. Nancy has raced some of her best times in a few years and I've come around after having maybe my worst competition ever last weekend in Salt Lake City. I also did a personal best in my 500 meters on Thursday. Let's finish strong! 2 days left. Nancy races a 1500 meters tomorrow and I race a 1000 meters in a few hours and a 1500 meters tomorrow as well. 

Here's my 1000 meters from yesterday, this dude smoked me! (He did a 1:10.32). I was a 1:11.73 and I want to be a sub 1:11.00 today! I'm in the light blue skin-suit.
